Rares? Or Non rare?

Today this is about nr items and rare items. Some nr items are better than the rare version of its self but some times its not. Like the rare spike is better than the nr. But the nr head dress is better than the rare one. Sometimes you think that something is worth alot more than other people, its okay if they dont like it, dont trade them!
